We require valid ID for all Alcohol and Tobacco sales regardless of age! 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Barrow-In-Furness Including Rampside. During check out our system will check if your eligible for delivery or you can contact us. In general terms we deliver to: Central Barrow, Roose, Holbeck, Hawcoat, Orsmgill, Rampside and everywhere in-between. 

Where don't you deliver?

To ensure we offer a good service and deliver within 30 minutes we are currently not delivering to Barrow Island, Walney Island, Dalton or Askam but hope to in the coming months.

How much is delivery?

We charge £1.49 for orders below £10 and £1.00 for orders above £10 and there is no minimum order. 

My order is late, what do I do?

If your order is later than 30 minutes, we ask that you wait 15 minutes (45 mins total) before contacting us, sometimes traffic or weather conditions can slow us down. If your order is later than 45 minutes we will give you delivery absolutely free on your next order but we aim to be on time every time!  

Ordering Alcohol or Tobacco

It is illegal to sell alcohol or tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 18.  We require valid ID for every alcohol and tobacco sale we make regardless of age. It is illegal to purchase alcohol or tobacco on behalf of a minor (under 18) and illegal for To your door Barrow to sell alcohol to  anyone who is intoxicated. Find out more here

Im 80 years old, why do you need my ID for purchasing alcohol?

We require ID from all our customers who purchase alcohol or tobacco. No ID No Booze.  You may be charged our re-stocking fee if you order with invalid ID or without ID.

What is Valid ID?

Acceptable forms of ID include: A photo driving licence or A passport or A proof of age card such as a pass card from the national proof of age standards scheme. At this moment in time we only accept these forms of ID and ask that you have it ready if you have purchased alcohol or tobacco. 

What happens if my delivery fails?

If your delivery fails or you miss the delivery you may be charged a re stocking fee, This means you will be refunded for your whole order minus the re stocking fee. (Please note refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed)  The restocking fee is currently 50% of your total order.  (We advise getting in touch asap to cancel your order to avoid the Restocking fee).

Do you inflate your prices?

No! We are just a convenience store on wheels so on most products we price our products fairly and sometimes better than your local convenience store. This excludes tobacco products where we charge a little extra to make the delivery sustainable (Check it out for yourself by browsing the shop). 

Need something that isn't available on To your door?

Contact us on email, whats app and social media and we can try source it for you within 60 minutes! (Unavailable during busy times, may incur additional fees).
