As a responsible local company in Barrow-In-Furness we operate a number of policies to minimise risks that ensure we are a good neighbour to our customers and the wider Furness community.

This includes:

ID - Requiring ID for all Alcohol and Tobacco sales regardless of age (Challenge 21, 18, 40, 80) No ID No Sale. 

CCTV - We may use dash cams and body worn cameras to improve customer service and security.

Safe Driving - When out delivering we will have the correct insurance and abide by all road traffic laws.

 Alcohol in Moderation - As part as our licensing requirements we are required to refuse alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated. 

Buying Alcohol for Underage - If we suspect you are maliciously purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor (under 18) we will refuse sale and report you to the police who may prosecute you.

We will Refuse to serve person(s) if they are:- Intoxicated, Noisy, Aggressive, or Bad mouthing (swearing). 

Banning - In extreme circumstances your address may be banned from the to your door barrow service for failing to abide by our licensing requirements or our terms and conditions.
