Wine of Spain 2014 , Corkscrew top
A rosé made with 60% Tempranillo, 30% Viura and 10% Garnacha grapes. The grapes are picked manually in mid-October. Medium intensity raspberry pink, with a personality based on fresh raspberry aromas with hints of violets, sweets and balsamic notes.
Fresh, balsamic and very fruity in the mouth, with a long, pleasant persistence.
Extremely versatile. A perfect match for ‘Mediterranean cuisine’ such as fried fish or vegetable dishes, rice, pasta, pulses, red and white meats and even cheeses.
