White wine made with Piquepoul grapes.
Eye: Very clear appearance. Nose: Marked floral aromas in the nose. Lively and fresh in the mouth, powerful and persistent. Fruit flavours of pear, apple, lime peel, lemon flesh and an underlying minerality.
Expresses its full flavor as an accompaniment to bouillabaisses, soups and fish fricassees, cuttlefish and dishes in Mediterranean sauce, seafood and shellfish. It can also be served as an aperitif.
Located in the heart of Occitanie, a few steps from the Mediterranean, the Cave de l'Ormarine , was born from the union of 5 beautiful cooperative cellars in the South of France: Pinet, Villeveyrac, Cournonterral, Vias and Saint Hippolyte du Strong.
